A chance

Valentine’s Day is generally a celebration for those in love and has popular date to celebrate love. It is a day which teaches us how we should express our love, care and respect for anyone who is important to our lives.

Every year, people go out to buy gifts for their Valentine’s date regardless of their busy schedule. The most common gifts are flowers, chocolates, stuffed toys. Some write love letters and offers their partner a movie, picnic, sunset and staying at home as their kind of date. Nevertheless, we don’t need to spend too much money buying expensive gifts to show our true feelings.

On the other hand, romantic love is not only for those who’s in a relationship. It is also for singles to celebrate. They take this chance to express their feelings to their selves and to their loved ones like families, friends and peers. They go anywhere and treat themselves or they go out with someone dearly to them. Valentines is for everyone. 

At this moment, Valentine’s is not as free to celebrate as before. Restaurants are expected to be crowded but due to the current situation, many chose to celebrate on their own homes. Hence, people seems to enjoy the day disregarding the fact that we are facing through a battle with the Corona Virus Disease. 

We all have our own distinct ways on how to honor special events on our lives. May we continue to look at the brighter side and to many more Valentine’s Day to celebrate freely soon.
